Kristin and derrick || savannah , ga maternity session

I could not have asked for a better day in January. It was warm and sunny and just the best day to run around with Kristin and Derrick! We started off the session at the Forsythe Park Fountain, and after exploring the park a little bit we headed over to St. John the Baptiste Cathedral for some glowy portraits that ended the session. It was positively magical.

I think January/February is a perfect time to come to Savannah. It might be a little chilly, but not particularly freezing. The crowds are low, as it is off season, and with less people you have a little more room to explore the more popular areas such as Forsythe Park. Another added bonus is that the live oaks and Spanish moss are ready year round, so you don’t have to worry aout specific seasons where the trees might not have leaves. These two are models. I mean honestly. we ended up going to a house right across the street from Forsythe and the lighting was perfect, the scenery was perfect, everything was perfect. I was in awe while taking thise photos, and they are some of my favorites!
